Recipe for Motivation

1. Dissatisfaction - reason to change
2. Desire to make a change - do I really want to change this?
3. Believe that change is possible
4. Willingness to do what it takes - be willing to take whatever action is needed to accomplish the goal
5. Goals: both short term, and long term
6. The tools you need to accomplish your goals
7. Support from others

Motivation is a matter of choice, not chance.
